Experiencing the presence of God, isn’t the same thing as being indwelt by His spirit. Doing the right thing isn’t the same as having right the attitude or motive. Acting Spiritual is different than walking in a transformed life by and through the Holy Spirit.
Men have constantly sought alternative ways to God through processes defined by themselves. But here’s the truth, we don’t get to define who God is or how we serve Him. That’s a self-made religion.
